We are seeking energetic, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Barback
. In this fast-paced casino environment, you'll play a key role in supporting bartenders, maintaining beverage venues, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service. If you enjoy working in a lively atmosphere and thrive as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!

• Clean and maintain beverage and quick-service venues to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Stock, replenish, and transport food and beverage supplies to assigned venues.
• Complete all required interdepartmental transfer paperwork when moving products between venues.
• Remove empty bottles, glassware, and trash from bar areas.
• Prepare and replenish fruit and other garnishes for beverage service.
• Receive, issue, and maintain accurate records of liquor inventory and supplies.
• Provide support to bartenders as needed during busy periods.
• Maintain knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and bartender responsibilities and rights.
• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, utilities, supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient operations.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hospitality, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Regularly use hands to handle, grasp, and move objects.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, and reach throughout the shift.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Fast-paced casino and hospitality setting.
• Frequent exposure to mechanical equipment, heat sources, and refrigerated storage areas.
• Moderate to loud noise levels.
