Provide food and beverage service to members and guests while dining in Milner’s and using pool.

Schedule will be discussed upon interview

Pay Rate: $13-$16/hour

• Greets all guests upon arrival to Milner’s making sure that tables are clean and available as they become vacant.
• Sets up beverage area with tea, various waters, and garnishments to accompany beverages.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of Milner’s including all equipment and storage facilities.
• Assembles food on tray to be served to guest in a prompt manner.
• Continuous maintenance of table ensuring soiled dishes do not need to be removed and to ensure guests order has met expectations.
• Stock, clean, and service Milner’s before and after busy period of dining service.
• Advises manager of any complaints as soon as they occur
• Before closing of Milner’s properly store garnishes and condiments of self-serve areas.
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the Manager
• Any other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager
