Salary Range: $15.00 To $16.00 Hourly
Redhawk Gastropub is hiring a full-time Dishwasher; candidates must be reliable, able to work nights, and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Expectations- Ensure clean and sanitized dishware, silverware, pots, pans, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, dish racks, etc.
- Clean and keep a neat and safe dishroom.
-NOT OPTIONAL! - Wash and store dishes, trays, utensils, cups, glasses, and pots in proper place.
- Remove trash from dish room and place in dumpster.
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans and keep liners in cans at all times.
- Returns dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and utensils to the dish cart or dishwashing area.
- During rush periods, assist bussers with cleaning and resetting tables.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length and to lift, bend, and stoop.
- Position requires extensive walking and standing.
- Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and has the ability to lift bus pans, trays, and garbage cans frequently weighing up to 40 pounds?

- Ability to organize.
- Clean and well groomed at all times. (In proper uniform)
- Communication. Able to speak and read English.
- Wash dish ware. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the dishroom.
- Restock dishware, silverware, pots, pans, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, dish racks, etc. dishware, silverware, and glassware.
- Keep the dishwasher stocked with appropriate chemicals.
- Take out trash.
- Put away shipments of supplies if needed.
- Take out empty boxes.
- Help cooks, bussers and wait personnel as needed.
- Perform extra cleaning duties as directed by supervisor.
- Sweep and mop floors.
