• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and sanitation tasks
• Take out trash and recycling as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, work areas, and equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently with the culinary team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed
