Shift Supervisor — Vicious Biscuit

• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience
• Experience handling guest complaints and coaching hourly team members in the moment
• Experience giving direction during a busy shift and supporting trainers/new hires
• Valid driver’s license (or able to obtain one)
• Managerial Serv Safe certification
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available for early morning shifts and weekends
• FOH/BOH, expo, or opening/closing experience a plus
• Fast‑casual, brunch, breakfast, or high‑volume experience a plus

As a Shift Supervisor, you’re the bridge between training and leadership — running the floor, coaching in real time, and holding the team to Vicious standards. You’ll:

• Lead and run shifts with full floor ownership, assigning positions and delegating tasks
• Coach and develop team members in the moment across FOH and BOH
• Support the guest experience and resolve issues quickly, modeling Southern hospitality
• Monitor speed, quality, and cleanliness throughout the shift
• Execute opening/closing duties and maintain building safety and security
• Run any position in the restaurant with full knowledge of restaurant flow
• Support training and development of team members, trainers, and Certified Trainers
