Location: Northern
The Culinary Institute of America in Napa and St. Helena, CA seeks a Banquet Cook to collaborate with the Banquet Chef and Sous Chef on all aspects of culinary production for Special Events banquets.
You will handle accurate plating, food production, and service with attention to recipe specifications, waste reduction, and station organization. This role requires flexibility for days, nights, and weekends at CIA campuses.
