** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*** Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.
* Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
* Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
* Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
* Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverages, and retail outlets within the stadium.
* Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
* Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
* Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
* Complete other duties as assigned by management.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
* Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).
* Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
* Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
* Must be able to read, speak and write English Language to communicate with guests.
* Ability to lift and transport items that weigh 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
* Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
* Must have enough mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
* Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced restaurant.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
* Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
* Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
