About the Role:

As a Server in the accommodation and food services industry, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your primary objective is to provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit. You will be responsible for accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

This role requires a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and multitasking to maintain smooth operations during busy periods. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction, repeat business, and the overall reputation of our establishment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to any requests or issues.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and support during peak hours.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
