Riboli Family Wines is hiring a dependable, energetic part-time busser and dishwasher for the restaurant at San Antonio Winery in Los Angeles, California.

You will help keep the restaurant running smoothly by clearing and resetting tables, assisting with guest needs, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean, organised dining and kitchen area. It is a practical, hands‑on job at a working winery restaurant that serves visitors year round.

• Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins once guests have finished dining.
• Wipe spills and debris, straighten linens and reset tables with clean settings.
• Refill napkins, condiments and guest water glasses, and assist with food running when servers are busy.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and kitchen equipment by machine or by hand.
• Sort, scrape and rinse dishes, then store clean items in designated areas.
• Keep the dishwashing station and kitchen work areas clean and organised.
• Remove trash and recycling, and follow all food safety, sanitation and health department regulations.
• Assist with general cleaning including sweeping, mopping and closing procedures.

• Reliability, energy and a willingness to support the wider team.
• Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment and stand for long periods.
• Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation practice.

Pay: stated by the employer at $19 per hour. This is a part-time, on‑site position.
