Location: Northern
Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) in Delaware is seeking a Cook to prepare daily meals in the Food and Nutrition Services Department. You will follow production cycles, recipes, and the Delaware Food Code to ensure safety and quality.
You will document temperatures and production sheets and monitor sanitation in the kitchen and storerooms. The role requires at least six months of institutional or commercial cooking and baking experience and knowledge of proper safety and sanitation
