We are looking for a dependable and hard working Kitchen Steward to joinour back of house team. This position is the foundation of the kitchen’ssuccess, keeping everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. You will bean essential part of the daily rhythm, supporting chefs and cooks so they canfocus on the craft of cooking.

• Maintain a clean and organized dish and utility area throughout service.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment properly.
• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning of kitchenspaces.
• Support prep cooks and chefs with basic prep or restocking as needed.
• Monitor dish and chemical levels and communicate supply needs promptly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work as part of a collaborative team that values consistency, respect, andcraftsmanship.

• Reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail.

• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred but not required.
