Barista (Part-Time/Full-Time) Sip Craft Soda – Stonebriar Centre Food Court | Frisco, TX Sip Craft Soda & Boba is looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Part-Time Barista to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and creating delicious drinks, we’d love to hear from you.

Prepare and serve craft sodas, boba teas, and specialty beverages according to recipes.

Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and welcoming attitude.

Engage with customers, answer questions, and recommend menu items.

Sample products and promote featured drinks to customers.

Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately. Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Work efficiently with team members during busy hours.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality.

Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate (or be willing to obtain one before starting).

Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable, punctual, and a team player.

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Weekend availability (especially Saturdays and Sundays) is required.
