As an Apprentice Bartender, you will be responsible for assisting the bartender and maintaining the appearance of the bar.

PRINCIPALDUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistthebartenderwith the preparationofdrinks,mixes,and garnishes.
Maintainthecleanliness,sanitation,andappearanceofthebar area.
Maintainsufficientstockofallitemsandproductsindesignatedwork areas.
Ensurepropersetup,labeling,stocking,anddeliveryofalcohol, and non ‐ alcoholic beverages,supplies,glasses,paper products, garnishes, and ice.
Cleanequipment,tools, and supplies,polishglasswareandensureequipmentisinworking order.
Promoteandmaintainthehighestlevelofservicetoallguestswhilestayingalerttotheirneeds andrespondingeffectivelyto guest inquiries.
Resolveguestcomplaintswithin the scopeofauthority;otherwise,referthemattertomanagement, and notify the supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
Performotherjob ‐ relateddutiesas requested.
QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
One(1) yearofexperienceasanapprenticebartender (preferably inasimilarresort setting).

ABILITIES:
Abilitytomulti ‐ taskandworkwellinafast - paced,team ‑ oriented environment.
Knowledgeableofmenuitems,includingmixingandservingbeverages,standardbeveragerecipes,preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies, and equipment.
Knowledgeofhealth,safety,and sanitation regulations.
Knowledgeableofcomputersand Pointof Sale (POS) systems.
Excellentcustomerserviceskillsandinterpersonalskillstoeffectivelycommunicatewithallbusiness contacts.
WORKING
CONDITIONS:
Abletobend,stretch,twist,orreachoutwiththebody,arms,orlegstoperform tasks.
