Someone who has a desire tohelp others by providing exceptional customer service to our guests and takes pride in your work. We also want you to enjoy being part of a team with other hardworking, down-to-earth professionals.
What you will do:- Greet allguests in polite and professional manner
- Ensure guests receive 5-star service by being attentive and efficient during service
- Have a thorough knowledge of the specials of the dayand be able to elegantly describe the ingredients, methods of preparation and flavors of each special
- Ascertain a guests satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved
- High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
- Minimum of (3+) Three Years Fine dining serving experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills to be able serve guests and accurately follow instructions
- Enterall orders in the restaurants computer system
- Commitment to work 40 hours per week
- Abilityto work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights,weekends, and holidays
- Abilityto repetitively stand, walk, bend, kneel, and ascend and descend stairsand lift over 20 pounds
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (No winter H2B visas available).
