Rochester Riverside Convention Center is seeking a Utility - Dishwashing role within the Food & Beverage department. You will clean tableware, pots, pans, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dishroom and kitchen, assisting with setup and breakdown of functions and coffee breaks.
Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, maintaining sanitation, and supporting kitchen plate-up and breakdown as needed. Flexibility for late nights and early mornings is required.
