This is a CONTINUOUS recruitment for an applicant POOL to fill part-time assignments on an as-needed basis. Position Summary InformationJob Description Summary
Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; sells coffee; conducts coffee grinding and operates brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; prepares and serves a variety of coffee drinks, along with premade food items.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or GED .
- Minimum three (3) months related experience
A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency:

- Meet operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Ability to perform many different tasks within the location during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- One (1) or more years of related experience.
- Specialty Coffee Association ( SCA ) Certification
