• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team

• Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service, quality, and consistency

• Manage scheduling, training, and performance coaching

• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards

• Monitor inventory, costs, and budgets to drive profitability

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

• Proven restaurant management or leadership experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
