Rally's is hiring immediately for Team Members to join their team!

HEY don't apply if you can't work a lunch or dinner shift on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Must be able to work a shift on each weekend day. These are the busiest days in a restaurant
. We just discard applications that can't work weekends.

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction
• Escalating any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction
