• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
• Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
• Assist with menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements
• Adhere to all health department regulations and food safety guidelines

• Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar culinary role preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Food Handler's Certification or Serv Safe certification is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
