Our Shift Managers are leaders. You'll learn how to take ownership of a restaurant shift, lead a team, solve problems, develop employees, deliver great customer experiences, and produce results. You'll work alongside experienced restaurant leaders who will help you continue developing your skills and prepare you for the next level of leadership.

As a Shift Manager, you'll help lead restaurant operations during your shift. You'll:

• Lead, motivate, and coach Crew Members
• Create a positive and respectful work environment
• Position and organize the team for successful shifts
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Maintain high standards for food quality and food safety
• Help manage labor and restaurant productivity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
