- Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
- Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods Give breaks to Bartender or Beverage Servers.
- Wash and stock glassware and utensils.
- Clean bar area in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Mix drinks as needed.
- Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
- Bartending school or relevant job experience preferred.
- Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit.
- Knowledge and skill using Point of Sales System.
- Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
- Skilled in effectively communicating and demonstrating ability to work well with guests and co-workers. Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to exhibit good character, self- motivated and hard working.
- Ability to maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits.
- Ability to demonstrate quick and efficient processes.
- Ability to identify and handle intoxicated guests in accordance with established policy and procedure.
- Must be 21 years or older.
