This highly anticipated concept will feature culinary leadership by Daniel Ontiveros, mixology by Francesco Lafranconi, and a premium, immersive design by Rockwell Group led by David Rockwell. We are now hiring Front of House Baristas to join a restaurant built on craft, hospitality, and excellence. Our Baristas are responsible for preparing and crafting exceptional coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our customers. They must ensure the quality of beverages and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages, including tea, coffee, and specialty drinks according to specifications.
• Greeting guests with a warm welcome.
• Complete knowledge of food and beverage menu.
• Restock & rotate milk & syrup stock.
• Oversees cleanliness and maintenance of workspace.
• Reports all breakage, damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to stand and keep up in a fast-paced environment throughout shift.
• Must be able to handle multiple drink orders in a timely manner.
• May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift 40 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to keep up in a past paced environment.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment, including, but not limited to, cutlery used in the cutting of fruit for garnishes.

• Previous experience as a barista in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
• Excellent listener and communicator.
• Ability to focus on guest interaction and multitask.
• Team player and able to anticipate others’ needs.
• Understands sequence of service and coursing.
• Positive Attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
• Ability to work PM & Brunch service.
