- Coordinates, prepares, and serves palatable and appetizing meals in a timely basis and in accordance with sanitary regulations.
- Reviews menus and production sheets to ensure food is available for meals and snacks.
- Assists the Food Prep Coordinators as needed.
- Ensures scheduled cleaning duties are complete.
- Ensures the equipment and utensils are in a safe, clean and sanitary condition.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, assign and if needed, and supervise staff to lead them to be successful.

Minimum RequirementsEDUCATION: NONE
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR
SKILLS:
Two years of cooking experience in an institutional or large scale commercial setting.
Substitute EDUCATION for
EXPERIENCE:
Vocational training in food services will substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
