• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock levels and presentation
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar area as needed

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a private club or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work peak seasonal hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid bartending license or certification as required by local regulations
