Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree ( GED ).
Level I (NFOODEN
45504) - Grade 915
- Less than one (1) year of experience.
45510) - Grade 916
- One to three (1-3) years of experience.
45512) – Grade 917
- Three plus (3+) years of experience.
A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency:

Follows through on commitments - Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or special events
- Meet operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Ability to perform many different tasks within the location during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate, clean, and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machine, milk steamer, coffee grinder, etc…
- One (1) or more years of related experience and/or training.
- Specialty Coffee Association ( SCA ) Certification.
