Barbacks support exceptional guest experiences in our fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. Barbacks maintain a clean, stocked, and service-ready bar while assisting bartenders and the broader front-of-house team to ensure consistent, efficient beverage service.

Successful candidates anticipate the needs of bartenders and team members, take initiative to stay productively engaged throughout service, and help maintain a clean, organized bar environment. Barbacks collaborate closely with bartenders, servers, and managers to support smooth service flow and contribute to a polished guest experience.

• Stock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
• Prepare garnishes and bar components according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, service wells, storage areas, and refrigeration units.
• Wash, dry, and polish glassware and ensure an adequate supply is available throughout service.
• Change kegs and soda syrup boxes as needed.
• Remove trash, break down cardboard, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveries.
• Support bartenders during high-volume service to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain stocked and organized service areas to support efficient bar operations.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth service flow.
• Assist with inventory counts and organization when needed.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Contribute positively to team morale and support fellow team members during high-volume periods
• Additional duties as needed within the cope of the role

• Previous experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements per state law.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
• BASSET certification
  or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift).
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds (kegs, cases, glass racks, ice buckets)
• Continuous movement in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and twist frequently throughout shift.
• Must be able to move safely through kitchen area, including slick floors and tight spaces.
