• Provide guests and team members with clean, sanitized plateware, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Keep the dish area and kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout your shift.
• Assist with spot‑sweeping the restaurant and bar floor when needed.
• Complete duties efficiently and consistently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support the team with additional tasks based on business needs.
