Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and manage the till with accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18+ and have relevant certifications.
- Bend, stoop and kneel and carry up to 50lbs.
- Knowledge of beers, wines and cocktails.
- Experience in a customer-focused role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings weekends and holidays.
