SERVER ASSISTANT

We're looking for energetic, hardworking, and hospitality-driven Server Assistants who take pride in supporting the team and helping create memorable guest experiences. What You'll Do- Prepare dining areas before service, including setting tables, silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
- Assist servers in providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Deliver food and requested items to guests quickly and accurately.
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service.
- Clean, reset, and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.
- Act as a communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams.
- Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining areas.
- Respond promptly to guest needs and communicate requests to servers.
- Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Professional, dependable, and punctual.
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and carry trays safely.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Current Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one before employment.
