** THE JOB:
** As a Bartender at Gymkhana at ARIA, you will deliver an elevated bar experience through exceptional product knowledge, polished service, and attention to detail. You will be expected to confidently guide guests through liquor, beer, cocktail, and non-alcoholic selections while maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar. By anticipating guest needs and creating meaningful interactions, you will help deliver the high-touch hospitality and memorable experience expected at Gymkhana and ARIA.
** THE STARTING RATE:** $18.0005/ Hour    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Make and serve alcoholic and non‐alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed
* Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the bar
* Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non‐alcoholic selections available
* Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork
* Provide Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending
* Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar
* Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
* Perform other job‐related duties as requested
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Is 21+ years of age
* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Two (2) years of experience in a bar or similar environment. Preferred
