Alto Overland Park is looking for a warm, dependable Part-Time Dining Server to join our team. With two shift options and a flexible schedule — including some weekends — this is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and wants meaningful part-time work done at a reasonable hour.

Shift Options:

Day Shift | 6:30am–2:00pm
Afternoon Shift | 3:00pm–7:00pm
Varies | Includes weekends

• Serve meals with warmth, care, and professionalism to residents who truly appreciate it
• Greet and assist residents and guests throughout the dining experience
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout every shift
• Deliver and retrieve trays as needed and support meal service from start to finish
• Be a dependable, friendly presence that makes every meal feel special

• Have experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care dining, or customer service — preferred
• Are warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoy being around people
• Are dependable with flexible availability including some weekends
• No certifications required — we'll train the right person!

Part-Time | Two Shift Options | Done by 7pm | AL/Customer Service Experience Preferred

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents' apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must havepositive Criminal Background Screening.

• Food serving experience preferred.
