Allegro Parkland is looking for warm, dependable Dining Servers for two shift openings in our premier senior living community. Whether you want flexible PRN morning shifts or consistent part-time afternoon hours — we have a schedule that works for your life.

Shifts Available:

Early Shift | PRN | 6:30am–2:30pm
Afternoon Shift | Part-Time & PRN | 3:30pm–7:30pm

What You'll Do:

• Serve meals with warmth, care, and professionalism to residents who truly appreciate it
• Greet and assist residents and guests throughout the dining experience
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout every shift
• Deliver and retrieve trays as needed and support meal service from start to finish
• Be a dependable, friendly presence that makes every meal feel special

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience in ALF, hospitality, SNIF, or hotel settings — preferred
• Are warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoy being around people
• Are dependable with consistent availability for your chosen shift
• No certifications required

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Areas of Responsibility

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must havepositive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Food serving experience preferred.
