** Hotel Bourré Bonne is seeking a dependable, friendly, and service-oriented
** Morning/Lunch Server
** to join our Food & Beverage team. The Morning/Lunch Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences during breakfast service by delivering attentive, efficient, and courteous service to hotel guests and visitors.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
* Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
* Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
* Refill beverages, clear tables, and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal.
* Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
* Set up and maintain the breakfast dining area before service.
* Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas remain clean and organized.
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure timely service.
* Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned.## Qualifications
** Qualifications
* ** Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude and professional appearance.
* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Basic math and cash-handling skills.
* Food Handler and alcohol service certifications, if required by local regulations.

* Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
