** IHOP is seeking a friendly and efficient Server to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, taking orders, delivering food, and ensuring satisfaction.

* Job Responsibilities:

* * Greet guests warmly and present menus in a timely manner.

* Accurately take food and beverage orders, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.

* Enter orders into the POS system and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

* Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and correctly.

* Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipating needs and addressing any concerns proactively.

* Clear and reset tables efficiently and maintain a clean dining area.

* Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.

* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.

* * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

* Basic math skills for handling payments.

* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
