The general (FOH) staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operation. They are responsible for providinga welcoming atmosphere, managing customer orders, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area. They are the first point of contact for customers, andtheir efficiency and demeanor can significantly impact the restaurant'sreputation and customer retention.

• · Arrive for shifts on time.
• · Greeting customers with a friendly smile and guiding them through the menu.
• · Deliver excellent customer service to all guestsand maintain cleaning.
• · Handling cash and credit card transactions with precision

• · Must be at least 16 years of age.
• · Able to work on your feet for extended periods.
• · Ability to work weekends.
• · Enjoy working with people.
• · Must be able to occasionally lift and move boxesthat weigh 20 pounds.
