As a Cook 3, you will play a key role in evening culinary operations, preparing and presenting elevated dishes with consistency and confidence. This position serves as a critical member of the Culinary department, supporting junior culinary colleagues, ensuring high food quality standards, and maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen during our busy PM service.

• A genuine desire to provide thoughtful, high-quality food in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• 2+ years of previous culinary experience, including working independently on the line
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong knife skills, sauce work, and knowledge of cooking techniques
• Ability to support and train junior team members as needed
• Culinary degree or hotel experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain composure under pressure
