Deliver an exceptional food & beverage experience (hot breakfast, bistro, or grab-and-go) that meets Residence Inn by Marriott standards and delights guests.
Responsibilities- Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service.
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty coffee, and menu offerings per Residence Inn by Marriott recipes and standards.
- Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and prep areas to health department standards.
- Stock and replenish food, supplies, utensils, and grab-and-go items.
- Set up, break down, and clean equipment; assist with opening and closing duties.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests.
- Support other hotel needs to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Follow uniform, appearance, and service standards.
- Prior food service, barista, or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic food prep and safe food handling knowledge (Serv Safe a plus).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous hotel or brand F&B experience.
