The Food & Beverage attendant is responsible for providing friendly, efficient service while helping create a positive experience for every guest. This position supports the daily operation of food and beverage areas through guest service, order taking, food preparation, cash handling, cleaning, stocking, and other duties as needed.

Team members should be dependable, welcoming, and willing to assist wherever needed to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests and coworkers.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest needs and help ensure a positive overall experience.
• Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems, including handling cash and other forms of payment.
• May involve preparing and cooking food.
• Maintain clean and organized food preparation, service, dining, and work areas.
• Restock food, beverages, supplies, and other materials as needed throughout the day.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Designated opening/closing procedures.
• Work cooperatively with fellow employees and other departments to provide excellent guest service.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Perform other food and beverage duties as assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager.

• Previous cashier, customer service, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and willing to learn a variety of food and beverage responsibilities.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and food handling guidelines.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be available to maintain a regular year-round work schedule.

• This position requires the ability to:
• Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for approximately 75% of the workday.
• Perform repetitive tasks associated with food preparation, cleaning, stocking, and guest service.
• Work around commercial food service equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Work in varying environmental conditions that may include heat, cold and inclement weather.
