* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
* Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and portion sizes.
* Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
* Assist in food preparation activities, such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and cooking menu items.
* Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including food preparation surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
* Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
* Restock and replenish food items, supplies, and condiments as needed.
* Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly, following established cash handling procedures.
* Collaborate with Crew members to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including coordinating with kitchen staff and servers.
* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager when necessary.
* Uphold the restaurant's standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.## Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
* Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and crew members.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays and snow days.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
* Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
