** THE JOB:
** As an

** Fountain Worker, you will primarily work as a Barista at Starbucks within Luxor, providing exceptional guest service while preparing beverages and food items in a fast-paced environment. Team members may also have the opportunity to work shifts at the Backstage Deli based on business needs, supporting operational flexibility and delivering consistent service across multiple food and beverage outlets.
** THE STARTING RATE:** $16.7106 + tips    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Take and place order and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable.
* Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures.
* Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests.
* Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments.
* Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures.
* Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.
* Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.
* Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
* Perform other job-related duties as requested.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
* Ability to work varied, on-call shifts
