- Prepare fresh, flavorful meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines
- Ensure meals are prepared safely, accurately, and on time
- Learn residents' preferences and help make each dining experience enjoyable
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Assist with food preparation, cleanup, and kitchen organization
- Support special events, celebrations, and community dining experiences
- At least 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to help with cleanup and maintain a safe kitchen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings ending by 8:00 PM and some weekends
