Molo Petroleum and Helen's Bakery are seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Kitchen Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations within our food service division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys building high‑performing teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with the Helen's Bakery Manager and other food service leaders to ensure a positive, efficient, and successful operation.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day‑to‑day success of the restaurant, including:

• Leading and developing a team of restaurant employees
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve their best
• Managing scheduling and staffing to support business needs
• Monitoring food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Controlling food, labor, and operational costs
• Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and health standards
• Collaborating with leadership teams across the food service operation
• Addressing customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and guest satisfaction

• Demonstrated success handling employee and customer concerns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities

This role requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
• Bend, stoop, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed
• Work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
• Effectively communicate with guests, team members, and leadership
