As a Front of House Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Managing staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Upholding health and safety standards, including Serv Safe certification requirements.
• Collaborating with other managers to maintain a seamless connection between front and back-of-house operations.

We’re seeking candidates who bring both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• A valid Serv Safe certification (required).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
