What you'll do
* Lead and manage restaurant operations during shifts including opening and closing procedures
* Coach, train, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service
* Handle guest interactions, take orders, manage payments, and ensure guest satisfaction
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining area, restrooms, and parking lot
* Stock and replenish supplies as needed during shifts
* Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
* Create and sustain a positive, energetic, and professional work environment
* Manage shift schedules and support team accountability while promoting a fun atmosphere## What we're looking for
* Minimum one year of restaurant leadership or management experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to train and coach team members effectively
* Excellent customer service orientation
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and rotating shifts## Nice to have
* Experience with cash handling and POS systems
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
* Previous experience working in a fast-casual restaurant
