Food order and dispatch Executive

We are hiring a Food Order & Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate customer orders and ensure timely dispatch of food items. The candidate will act as a key link between the kitchen, delivery team, and customers to maintain smooth operations and high service quality.

• Receive, verify, and process customer food orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared on time.
• Manage packaging and labeling of orders for accurate dispatch.
• Liaise with delivery personnel to ensure timely delivery of food.
• Track orders, resolve delivery issues, and handle customer queries.
• Maintain records of daily orders, dispatch status, and reports.
• Ensure hygiene and quality standards are followed during order handling.

• Graduate/ Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in food order management, dispatch, or logistics (catering/hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-hour operations.
