**** UMMARY**:
Cleans and resets tables, keeps floor area clean and presentable.  Assists wait staff as needed. Uses the POS (Point of Sale) system to input specials and enter and complete to go orders.

* *** NTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** include the following,
* Sets tables with napkins, condiments, and tableware prior to guests being seated.
* Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals and return them to kitchen
* Prepares coffee, tea and water for customers
* Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping.
* Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware and dishware
* Clean, sanitize and reset tables after meals
* Refill salt, pepper and other condiments at tables.
* Assist servers with food delivery.
* Other duties may be assigned.

* High School diploma or GED, preferred.
* Restaurant experience, preferred.
** CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**:
* Must provide or obtain a Food Handlers certification upon hire and maintain during employment.
