Léon 1909 is hiring an experienced Bartender to join its polished French-Italian countryside restaurant in The Hamptons.

You’ll work behind the bar in a refined, guest-focused dining room where beverage knowledge, organization, consistency, and hospitality all matter.

We’re looking for someone who can execute cocktails accurately, confidently discuss wine and spirits, stay organized through busy services, and interact naturally and professionally with guests.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, spirits, and other beverages
• Deliver polished, guest-first bar service
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and pace during busy services
• Support established wine and beverage service standards
• Assist with ordering and inventory management
• Maintain an organized and properly stocked bar
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Work collaboratively with the FOH team throughout service

• 2+ years of bartending experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants
• Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge
• Professional communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stay organized and composed during busy services
• Serv Safe certification preferred
• Reliable transportation required
