Join our Food & Beverage TEAM in this pivotal role, where you'll deliver outstanding Guest Services and ensure the seamless operation of the Food & Beverage department. As an Outlets Restaurant Manager, you will coordinate and inspire our Food & Beverage staff to deliver exceptional products and outstanding service to our customers. Additionally, you will provide leadership and inspire our Food & Beverage TEAM to pursue excellence and encourage repeat business.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist Manager in the direction and supervision of servers, bus-persons, and other staff in
reference to schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety.
Assist in ensuring that food & beverage outlets comply with sanitation and safety standards for
guests and employees. Check that all equipment is in working order. Visually inspect and take
action to ensure that facilities in the outlets area look appealing and attractive to guests. Follow
up on work orders so repairs and maintenance of facility are completed on a timely basis.
Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets. Ensure that food
quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specification. Interact with guests to obtain
feedback on quality of service and food in outlet.
Document inventory forecast usage and monitor supply so that outlets are stocked with linen,
glassware, silverware, and condiments, in order to provide service.
Participate in marketing efforts of food and beverage outlets, create menu ideas, survey
competition and report food trends and assist in preparations of specials. Interact with customers
to determine needs, satisfaction and resolve conflicts.
Participate in Manager on Duty coverage program requiring weekend stay-over, constant
monitoring throughout hotel and troubleshooting problems.
Operate MS programs in computer.
Ensure maintenance of equipment by calling for repairs and training staff on proper use.
Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health
standards.
Support the entire Food and Beverage operation including supervising other areas if necessary,
handling special projects, running promotions, handling public relations and marketing.

Physical Demands:

Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
Ability to move up to 600 lbs. with wheeled assistance.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and to lift lighter objects overhead.
Hearing, smelling, tasting and visual ability to observe and distinguish product quality
and detect signs of emergency situations.
