A full-time position for the beach season. We need a fixed availability we can rely on, from your first week to your last. Summer is our busiest stretch of the year; most seasonal schedules run from late spring through the end of the season.
BROS is a family-owned restaurant group serving hand-crafted burgers and sandwiches at our two Outer Banks locations, Avon and Nags Head, NC. This position is at our Nags Head store.
Combined base and tip earnings range from $16 to $23 per hour, depending on experience and tip volume.
What the work looks like:
- Hand-formed fresh, never-frozen beef every day
- Chicken brined for 24 hours, pork and wings smoked in-house
- Your specialty matched to your strengths: grill, fry, prep, meat fabrication, host or expo
- Training on every station, not just the one you start on
