Little Miss BBQ is known nationwide for our Central Texas-style BBQ and we've got the awards, the lines, and the loyal fans to prove it. But what really makes us special? Our people. Our culture. Our obsession with quality, consistency, and hospitality.

We don't just cook meat. We create experiences. And we're looking for full-time pros who want to be part of something bigger than a job, a team that has each other's backs, works hard, laughs harder, and takes serious pride in every plate we serve.

This is a hands-on, fire-burning, flavor-building role. As a Pit Master, you'll:

• Work with live-fire wood smokers daily (yes, it gets hot in the summer )
• Season and cook some of the best Texas BBQ in the country
• Cut and plate BBQ for dine-in and takeout guests
• Butcher raw product with precision and care
• Clean, restock, and maintain a spotless station
• Share smiles and good vibes with our crew and customers.

If you can cook meat to temp by feel, we see you! If you want to learn how, we'll train you. Either way, come ready to grow.

• $23-26/hr (Base + Tip Pool)
• Shifts that end by 9pm, no 2am nonsense. Like early mornings, even better!

• Experienced with meat, fire, seasoning, and prep
• Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-moving environments
